Six months ago there was a development, but it seemed not to affect the situation. It was so minute that I failed to make the connection. However, three weeks ago there was a bigger development that related to what happened six months ago, and what’s been happening since.
It would be fair to asume that it took effect immediately, and like seeds planted in the ground, it took time for it to fully develop…
